Why We Built TalkCel
As a digital agency, we saw our clients struggle with the same problem: visitors had questions, but couldn't get instant answers. Contact forms went unanswered for days, and phone lines were overwhelmed.
We explored existing chatbot solutions, but they all had the same issue — data was sent to US cloud servers. For our European clients, especially in Germany, this was a compliance nightmare.
So we built TalkCel: an AI chatbot platform that runs entirely on German servers using AnythingLLM. No data leaves the EU, no dependency on OpenAI or other US providers. Just intelligent conversations, fully GDPR-compliant.
